Global Cabinet

The Culligan Global cabinet water softener is the smallest and most compact water softener in the Culligan softener family. This compact water softener provides a powerful solution to hard water.

Main Features

  • Electronic and automatic
  • Compact and easy to install
  • Regeneration by time or volume

Culligan High Efficiency (HE)  Water Softeners

Flow range 3 – 8.5 m3/hr

The Culligan High Efficiency (HE) 1” and1.5” Softeners have patented technology which delivers improved efficiency to reduce operating costs. Up to 36% more efficient than traditional timeclock softeners. The HE softener reduces hard water contaminants, reducing scale build-up that affects equipment performance. With the Culligan Smart Controller, available on the HE, the softener adjusts to influent water conditions and regenerates based on need. Customers can also monitor their water treatment system performance, consumable usage, and maintenance needs, at a single site or across multiple ones 24 hours a day.

Culligan HE Softeners are offered in Up-flow, Down-flow or in Progressive-Flow configurations.

Culligan High Efficiency (HE)  TWIN Water Softeners

Flow range 3 – 8.5 m3/hr per Tank

Thanks to the exclusive patented technology the Culligan HE Twin Softener, available in 1” and 1.5” connection versions, consists of two columns of softening, which are able to provide treated water without service interruptions ensuring greater efficiency for various industrial and professional applications.

Culligan CTM Water Softeners

Flow range 18 – 23 m3/hr

Culligan Commercial CTM Softeners have a variety product features that make them ideal for a variety of light commercial applications for hotels/hospitality, institutions, food service and other light industry. Units are available in single or multi-tank configurations. The CTM includes a GBE Smart Controller that has a variety of add-on options for advanced instrumentation and communication

Culligan Ultra-Line HA Water Softener

Flow range 18 – 34 m3/hr

Ideal for small and medium sized industry applications, the Culligan Ultra- Line HA softeners are manufactured in heavy duty steel with a food grade epoxy coating to prevent corrosion. The system is fully automated thanks to a Culligan controller and durable noryl plastic valves. Regeneration can be set based on time, volume or water quality depending on your needs.

Reverse Osmosis Systems

Aqua Clear SLIM - The Reverse Osmosis direct production system

Culligan G1 Reverse Osmosis Water Systems

Flow rate 0.04 – 0.35 m3/hr
The G1 RO is a compact RO system designed for high-performance commercial and light industrial applications.
Equipped with digital flow meter for product-discharge, pressure gauges for pressure control in and out, online instrumentation for produced water quality and recovery ratios and high efficiency reverse osmosis membranes. The unit utilises the Culligan Smart Controller which as well as monitoring the system provides full text display in 4 languages and several flushing modes. The smart controller allows modular configuration of the units into two pass and alternating configuration as well as simple connection to networks such as building management systems or PLC’s.
The G1 RO is the perfect choice for commercial applications which require high levels of technology, monitoring and reliability.

Culligan M1 Reverse Osmosis Water Systems

Flow rate 0.04 – 0.35 m3/hr
The M1 RO system, with enhanced features, is designed for commercial applications that require a maximum flow rate of 350 liters / h. The system is either wall mounted or can be supplied with a floor stand. The M1 is equipped with a pre-treatment sediment filter, flow meters and pressure gauges for the control of the inlet pressure and output. The unit is controlled via the Culligan CP control panel.

Culligan E1 Reverse Osmosis Water Systems

Flow rate 0.04 – 0.35 m3/hr
The E1 Reverse Osmosis System is an economical water treatment solution, which reduces operating and post treatment costs. The E1 Reverse Osmosis system helps you reduce maintenance costs by reducing contaminants from your water that affect taste and can clog equipment. Control your installation costs by using a system configured for your unique needs. Keep your operating costs low with an easy-to-use electronic controller.

Culligan AquaCleer SB 200 – Integrated Pre-treatment + RO Water System

Flow rate 0.2 m3/hr soft water – 1.5 m3/hr RO water

Aqua-Cleer SB 200 is a complete water treatment system which includes reverse osmosis system as well as pre-treatment, all assembled on a small footprint skid for simple installation in any location. Ideal for installations such as food service that require softened water for some applications such as dishwashers, and reverse osmosis for beverage preparation e.g. coffee preparation.
The system consists of an ion exchange resin softener, brine systems, microfiltration, reverse osmosis water dechlorination and pressure accumulation tank.

Culligan MFP – Reverse Osmosis (RO) for Medium Flow Rates

Flow rate 0.4 – 3.6 m3/hr
Using the highest quality components and construction methods, the MFP reverse osmosis unit is ideal for drinking water and industrial processes in any location.
The system is modular and compact and has been designed with robustness and longevity in mind. The MFP RO is mounted within a steel frame with no welded parts, guaranteed against corrosion. The system is controlled via an electronic control panel which monitors all operating conditions and displays flow, conductivity and other operating parameters.

Filtration Systems

So Clear

The System is composed by:
•    The 5 micron Turbidity Filter removes suspended residues and particles
•    Carbon Block Filter eliminates undesired elements, such as sediments, and removes the unpleasant chlorine taste and odour, improving organoleptic properties
•    Ultrafiltration captures microbes and viruses, providing water of excellent quality, thanks to two mechanisms: one based on the size of the pores themselves and one due to the adsorbent capacity of the membrane itself.

Multiple Media Filters

Culligan’s HE Filter range is available in 4 different media types, designed for a range
of water quality challenges.

FILTR-CLEER® UF MODELS, FOR SUSPENDED SOLIDS REMOVAL
Water can be turbid due to suspended solids.Culligan Filters remove any kind of turbidityand suspended solid present in the water. The Filtr-Cleer filter is four filters in one. They work at different levels, stacked on top ofeach other, each removing a particular size of sediment particle resulting in clear, high
quality water.

CULLAR® (UR) MODELS, FOR UNDESIRED ODOURS
AND TASTE REMOVALCullar Filters are activated carbon filters
designed to reduce contaminants that cause water to taste and smell unpleasant, including
the taste and odor of chlorine. They also work against most discoloration problems.

CULLNEU® (UU) MODELS, FOR ACIDITY REMOVAL
AND PH CONTROL
Acid and low-pH waters can be dangerousfor piping and sanitary systems. Acid water is
aggressive towards Iron and Copper pipingwithout internal protection, producing redor blue blemish. Cullneu Filters avoid thisinconvenience by neutralizing acidic water.

SUPER IRON (UFP) MODELS, WITH CATALYTIC EFFECT
Super Iron is a multi-layer filter using aelective mineral with a catalytic effect ideal treating waters contaminated with Iron and Manganese.
